This countryhouse was founded in 2003 and it is owned by the UCA. It was decided to use it to promote new technologies and products. The main objectives of this countryhouse are to generate incomes for the maintenance of the organization, to be a demonstrative countryhouse for the associated cooperatives and to develop new products.
We have built reserves on the river-beds and living barriers on the slopes in order to fight erosion.
At this moment
this countryhouse produces bananas, pineapples, papayas, and other various fruits and vegetables. It has an area with grazing for feeding the three cows that produce milk for sale.
